THIS WEEKEND AT THE 30-UP CLUB
Larry is the DJ on Friday July 20, and Paul is the Dance Host. Orlando is the DJ on Saturday July 21, and Larry is the Dance Host. Please join us for an evening of elegant Ballroom and hot Latin dancing.

Singles are welcome. Doors open at 7:00, and we serve a light meal around 9:30, plus tea and coffee and a cash bar. Admission is $16 for members, and $21 for non-members, $10 after 10 PM.
If movie parking is overflowing into ours, there is more parking behind the buildings and on the street and behind the club.
ALEX RIVAS LINE DANCE LESSON THIS TUESDAY 11:30 to 12:00
Alex is the DJ on Tuesday July 24, and will be teaching a 30-minute Line Dance lesson from 11:30 to 12:00 (Free with admission).
It's huge fun, and you don't need a partner. Please join us before the dance.
The regular Tea Dance will begin promptly at noon.
TUESDAY TEA DANCE
Alex will be the DJ on Tuesday July 24, playing our usual mix of strict tempo Ballroom and Latin dance numbers along with a scattering of social Latin and our usual line dance sets.
Doors open at 11:30 and the dance runs from 12:00 - 3:30 pm. A light snack is provided. Tea Dance admission is $10.00 for members and $12.00 for guests.
There is absolutely no parking in front, behind, or beside the building during the day. We have free parking in the theater lot across the road for the Tea Dance (30-Up parking passes available at the desk), or park on the road if you wish.
SAPPHIRE BALLROOM CLUB MONDAY EVENING Dance Schedule
The Sapphire Ballroom club started TEN WEEKS of continuous classes last Monday July 16. We heard too late to include in last week's blast. But it's not too late to join them !!

MARY ADAMS TEACHES WEST COAST SWING
SATURDAY JULY 21
Mary Adams will be continuing her series of West Coast Swing workshops on July 21.
Even if you aren't interested in WCS, you should come out for the 'Technique' class, it works on controlling your spins. adding arm movements and body isolation, and will help with all other styles of dance. The 'Intermediate' lesson is about Whips, and the 'Basics and Beyond' class is about fundamental steps and understanding connection. No partner needed.
1:00 PM Dance Technique
1:45 PM WCS Basics and Beyond
2:30 PM WCS: Intermediate Level
3:15 PM Social Dance and Practice Time (to 5:00 PM)
Prices are $15 for a single class, $20 for two classes, and $25 for all three. All classes include the Social Dance and Practice. The Social Dance alone is just $5.
And of course, the regular 30-Up Saturday Dance starts at 7:00, and we'll play some extra West Coast Swing dances. So we hope you stick around.

Dancers are asked to wear dance shoes to protect our floor. Smart Business casual dress (or better) is preferred on Friday and Saturday nights, or dress appropriate to a theme dance
